Refund & Return Policy

At Leather Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return/exchange process. Please read the details below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns if:

  • The shoes have been worn or damaged after delivery.

  • The product is not in its original condition/packaging.

  • The return request is made after 7 days.

2. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange for a different size/design:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days.

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.

  • You may be responsible for the courier charges for sending the product back, unless the mistake was from our side.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be offered only under the following conditions:

  • If the product is out of stock after you placed an order.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item and decided not to take an exchange.

Refunds will be processed through the same method used for payment (if applicable) or via bank transfer/easypaisa/jazzcash as mutually agreed.

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after product inspection.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order details.

  2. Provide photos/videos of the issue (if defective/wrong item).

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our provided address.

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product/defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For size exchanges or customer preference changes, the customer will pay the shipping charges.
